Frank Wolff

From the era of market monopolies through to liberalisation of the energy- and waste removal markets: this summarises and reflects my career journey which includes diverse leadership positions.

What have I learned along the way? Two things: firstly that in a world of increasingly volatile external conditions the demands placed on organisations in our sector have become increasingly complex. And secondly, such challenges can only be overcome when tackled with courage and when all stakeholder groups are actively involved in the change journey.

I like generating new things and opportunities to apply my sharp analytical skills and my ability to priotise. Mostly though I enjoy transforming the conceptual into the tangible and delivering results.

There´s no magic in this, just attention to detail, experience and hard work.

My work style? I am an open and down to earth. A typical “Rhinelander”, my friends would say. My personal motto? First comes the person, and only then the task.
